摘  要: In this lecture,we will give an introduction for the foundation of geometric measure theory.We will discuss the definition of Radon measure,BV functions,BVT Covering Theorem and Nonnegative  Fucntional, etc. Our talk will follow  from Chapter I and Chapter II in Simon's textbook:Lectures on Geometric Measure Theory (2014), not its 1983 version.
